in 2011, I finally decided to do something about my weight, and went to my local drug store/chemist/pharmacy and inquired about something that I had heard about and seen on TV. That something was the Tony Ferguson Diet. Tony Ferguson is a pharmacist who invented a diet to help people lose weight, and for me, it works. When I stick to it.

I started the diet on June 6, 2011, and I did very well. I had lost 24kg, but then I lost my focus and put 20kg back on, so I'm starting over. The new start date is January 8, 2013

Please Note: When I first started this blog, I had metric and imperial measurements, but it became too hard trying to keep track of both, so seeing as how Australia uses the metric system, that's the measurement I will use. My Goals

Start Weight = 123.5kg

Short term goal weight = <100kg

Long term goal weight = 88kg

At 88kg, I can then (based on my Body Mass Index) say that I'm NOT overweight, and that would be the greatest thing that I have ever done.
